From $14K/mrr to $78K/mrr in 60 Days ... (It Wasn't the Funnel)
Many people have been asking me about the funnel I am using to shoot up the Skool Games Leaderboard. (Currently #44 on the entire platform 🙌🏼) but the funnel is the part that mattered least. In fact I will just tell you that part right now: I run ... a $47 workshop community, I fill it with ads. run one workshop a week, and an offer at the end of every workshop. You could copy that by Friday.... And it probably wouldn't work for you, because a strategy only pays out what the four levers underneath it can support. So in this video I walk down the 5-lever pyramid, weakest lever first: 1. Strategy — the tip, and the smallest lever. Copyable in a day. 2. Skills — advertising, storytelling, sales, tech. Years to build. 3. Systems — ads, workshop creation, show-up, onboarding. Run by AI, automation, or my EA. 4. Signature Offer — six years refining one offer, not replacing it every year. 5. Self-Leadership — the base, and the biggest lever by far. Comment Worksheet for the Doc and let me know in the comments what did you like or learn. LFG

@Dan Harrison Systems are the leverage point most people skip. A copied funnel can raise revenue while also raising the founder's workload if workshop production, show-up, follow-up and onboarding still depend on them. Of those systems, which one made the biggest difference in the jump from $14K to $78K MRR?
Automation is not delegation
Most owners do not need another tool. They need a recurring result to happen without supervising it. My test: 1. The trigger is clear. 2. The required input is available. 3. The output is measurable. 4. Approval limits are defined. 5. Only exceptions return to the owner. If the owner still checks every step, the task was not delegated. It was moved to a dashboard. What recurring task in your business still comes back to you?

@Harsha Agarwal Yeah... the better metric is not how many steps are automated, but how many decisions still return to the owner. What is one process in your business that still needs your approval more often than it should?
Meet Ai Coach Dan 👋🏼
Let me tell you about a pattern I found. Someone joins the LFG Community. Looks like a smart & capable professional. Clearly going to win. They open the classroom and see everything inside. Courses. Frameworks. Trainings. Templates. And instead of feeling excited they get overwhelmed. Because there's a lot in here. They don't know what applies to them right now. What to skip. What to do first. So they browse. Save a few things. Tell themselves they'll come back to it. They don't. and I know this because I've been there. Multiple times in my life I've paid for the thing, got access to the thing, and then done absolutely nothing with the thing because I couldn't figure out where to begin. The information was all there. The clarity wasn't. That gap between insight and action is where most people lose So I built something to close it. You answer a few questions about where you are right now. What you're building. What stage you're in. And Ai Coach Dan will tell you the one thing to focus on next. Not a content dump. Not a reading list. Just your one next move. Based on your situation. Right now. It knows the classroom better than you do. It knows the roadmap. It knows which module solves which problem. Your job is to show up and be honest about where you're at. Its job is to cut through the noise and hand you the next step. To get the full power of it you'll want to unlock all the resources inside the community. You can do that by clicking here. And then unlock Ai Coach Dan here next Go try it. The useful test is whether the recommendation changes behavior within 24 hours. Track advice -> action completed -> result. If it only gives better answers, it is content. If it closes the action loop, it is coaching.
My Old Tracker ( Still Works Great )
If you have not yet developed the habit of tracking for your business ... You. must. do. this. But only if you want to grow your results and improve your revenue and profit. Because what gets measured can improve. Without accurate data... you're dead in the water. And It does not have to be complicated. This Spreadsheet is what I used to win skool games 3 times. I filled it in manually every day. now It's your's for free Make a duplicate here

@Kelly V, I would not track every comment. Track the conversations that can lead somewhere: person, problem, last interaction, next action, and result. Otherwise the tracker becomes another job.
Before You Scale, Check These 4 Things 📝
A lot of founders want to scale, but scaling isn’t always about getting more clients or increasing revenue. Sometimes the real question is: can the business actually handle the growth? I’d look at these 4 things: 1. Can someone else deliver your core service without you? If everything still needs your involvement, you may have a business that depends on you rather than a business that can scale without you. 2. Do you actually know your numbers? Not just revenue. Know your margins, current costs, and what additional payroll or resources the business can realistically support. 3. Is there a repeatable way to bring in clients? If every new opportunity depends on the founder personally finding, selling, and following up with prospects, there’s a natural limit to how much the business can grow. 4. Can your current operation handle more volume? More customers won’t fix messy processes. They usually expose them faster. You don’t necessarily need everything perfect before scaling. But you should know where the weak points are and have a plan to address them. Which of these four would be the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? 🙂

@Jem Arcibal Number one is the test I keep coming back to. A task is only delegated when the outcome, approval limits, and exceptions are clear. If the founder still checks every step, the work was moved, not removed.

I take one recurring operational workflow off the owner's plate, own it end to end, and return only the exceptions.
