I recently started doing meditation every morning and night for about the last 10 days, and it has been surprising. By focusing my energy on myself and learning to love myself more, I've been able to go with the flow each day and be more present. I noticed that people have been approaching me much more than before. In the past, I would try to get people's attention, but it rarely worked. Today, however, felt completely different. And feel more happy ♥️
