You may not be a goal oriented person, but why don't you humor me and set 3 goals for the New Year's, specifically around health and wellness. Try to make these goals specific and actionable. For example, instead of "I wan't to lose weight," you would say, "I want to lose 15 lbs by May through improving me diet and exercise routine. Goal 1: daily 10-15 minutes for morning Meditation/Stretch routine (Insight Timer). Goal 2: start running again - 20 minutes of alternating 5-walk/5-run - 3 times a week. Goal 3: focus on kindness. Goal 4: increase strength-core-balance training workouts to per 3 times a week, vs 2, when possible.
