What You Missed on Our Second George Method Call This session went deeper. The first call was about awareness. This one was about responsibility. Not blame. Responsibility. Because once you understand what’s happening in your body… you now have the power to change it. The Biggest Shift From This Call You are not just reacting to life. You are participating in your patterns. That means: If something keeps repeating in your life there is a pattern in your nervous system allowing it That’s not judgment That’s power Because patterns can be changed. Why Your Healing Speeds Up or Slows Down We talked about this directly: You cannot heal passively. Listening is not healing Understanding is not healing Repetition is healing If you are not doing the practices daily your nervous system will default back to survival Not because the method doesn’t work But because your brain goes back to what is familiar What We Reinforced About Trauma Work Completing trauma loops is not about revisiting pain It’s about finishing what your body didn’t get to finish When you go back and rewrite the experience you are telling your nervous system: This is over now That is how the charge releases Not by avoiding it Not by suppressing it By completing it safely The Pattern Most of You Are Still In Waiting to feel better before you act Instead of acting to feel better This is where people stay stuck You have to lead your nervous system Not follow it What Came Up Strong in This Call Grief Abuse Health anxiety Identity loss Fear of the future And here’s what we reframed: None of these are permanent states They are nervous system conditions Which means they can shift For Those Still in Toxic or Abusive Environments This was important. You may not be able to leave immediately But you can stop feeding the dynamic We talked about: Neutral responses Not engaging emotionally Protecting your energy You regulate first Then you act Not the other way around What We Covered on Health and the Body
