Let’s Talk Reta…
RETA (retatrutide) talk is everywhere right now. I’ve been hearing the buzz that it could be up for FDA approval in early 2026. While the exact timing isn’t confirmed, retatrutide is still in Phase 3, with many projections pointing toward a filing around –early 2026. Either way, this drug is a big deal in the GLP-1 world. RETA is a triple agonist (GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon), which is part of why there’s so much excitement around its metabolic potential. My personal experience: I tried to switch from tirzepatide to RETA a few months ago. I started conservatively at 0.5 mg once weekly, but within about two days of the first dose I had a noticeably raised heart rate. Because I already deal with anxiety, that combo wasn’t a good mix for me. I took a break and tried again — same result. So for now, RETA just doesn’t seem to match my biology. Why this might happen: Because RETA activates the glucagon receptor, it may increase energy expenditure, and clinical data have shown dose-related increases in heart rate that researchers are still working to fully understand. Also may be longer to see full appetite suppression because of the metabolic activation. I’m sharing this to normalize something important: Even the most exciting next-gen meds aren’t one-size-fits-all. See the full chart below for some clinical data I combined :) I’d love to hear your experiences — especially if you tried it and: - loved it - couldn’t tolerate it - noticed heart rate changes or little appetite? - found a better fit staying with tirzepatide or semaglutide. (Educational discussion only — not medical advice.)

Research Use Only Update & My Plan
Peptide + GLP-1 access update (no panic — just clarity 🤍) What this means for you: - Expect more noise online and more disruption for sellers - RUO peptide sites, are facing the unknown. Some may shut down and some are updating language, names, removing certain peptides, etc. - I have not heard anything specific from Biolongevity Labs or Limitless Biotech, BUT will keep you posted. In the meantime they have an epic sale going on at BLL through end of the year, and my suggestion is to stock up, just in case. Powder vials (not reconstituted) are good for 2 years in the freezer. **This is not to create fear, just convenience. 40% off Peptides, plus 15% off in addition with my code, Jess15 https://go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id=1&aff_id=1488 (code: Jess15) - My plan (important): Because enforcement is increasing around non-prescription online sales, I’m expanding access through a licensed provider + prescription model (Asher Med) using compliant compounding partners when appropriate. Launching next week. So clients can continue accessing GLP-1 options + a broader portfolio of peptides through a more compliant model. If you want to be first in line for the launch details, comment “CLARITY” or DM me “Asher” and I’ll send the steps + what to expect. Attaching peptides I will have available compliant, via prescription, shipped to 50 states. Will it be more expensive, yes - because its medically guided, but I will do my best to keep costs low. ---------------------------------------- Here’s what’s actually going on — in plain English: - This isn’t one single “ban date.” What we’re seeing is a gradual tightening: more enforcement, more import screening, and more pressure on sellers who market “research use” products as if they’re for human use. Theres also pressure on Compound Pharmacies... - FDA is specifically calling out “RUO” labeling used as a loophole. FDA has warned research use companies selling unapproved GLP-1/GLP-1-like products that are labeled “for research” or “not for human consumption” when they’re clearly being sold to consumers for human use. Which, many of us use.
