We’re well into this challenge now, so keep reminding yourself that the goal isn’t perfection. It’s building habits you can actually stick with. Get your movement in, make some good food choices, drink your water, and keep showing up! 🍕 TUESDAY RECIPE: EASY HIGH-PROTEIN PIZZA Pizza night can absolutely fit into your goals! You’ll need: 🍕 1 large high-protein or whole-wheat tortilla 🍅 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce 🧀 ½ cup part-skim mozzarella 🍗 ½ cup cooked chicken breast OR lean ground beef 🫑 Peppers, mushrooms, onions or any veggies you like 🌶️ Italian seasoning, garlic powder & chili flakes How to make it: Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F. Place your tortilla on a baking sheet and spread on the pizza sauce. Add your cheese, protein and favourite toppings. Bake for about 8–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy. We’ve talked a lot this week about protein, movement, steps, workouts and staying consistent. Today I’m turning it over to YOU Your challenge today is simple: Ask me a question! It can be about absolutely anything related to your health and fitness journey: 💪 Workouts or exercises 🥩 Food, protein or nutrition 🏋️ Strength training 🚶 Steps and daily movement 😴 Sleep and recovery 📉 Fat loss 🍽️ Meal ideas or portion sizes 🤔 Something you’ve always wondered about 🔥 Something you’re struggling with right now Or maybe you have a question that you think would start a good conversation and help the entire group. There are no bad questions. Chances are, if you’ve been wondering about something, someone else here has been wondering about it too. I am a more structured person. So far all I have to work with is recipes & I dont have structure regarding quantities of each (fat/protein/carb) or timing of food - and I’m feeling Willy-nilly… and almost like I lost 2 weeks. How do I proceed?
🚶 WEDNESDAY CHECK-IN — LET’S GET MOVING!
We’ve spent the last couple of days focusing on protein, so today we’re shifting our attention to another huge piece of the puzzle: STEPS. 👟 You don’t need every workout to leave you exhausted. Increasing your daily movement is one of the simplest ways to increase your overall activity and keep building momentum. And those steps add up! Park farther away. Take the stairs. Walk while you’re on the phone. Get outside after supper. Walk a few laps while your kids are at practice. Look for opportunities throughout the day to MOVE. 🔥 TODAY’S STEP CHALLENGE: 👟 10,000 steps — THAT’S THE GOAL 🔥 12,000 steps — GREAT DAY 🏆 15,000+ steps — PHENOMENAL I want everyone aiming for at least 10,000 today. Don’t wait until 8 PM, look at your watch and realize you’re sitting at 4,000. Check your steps throughout the day and intentionally find ways to get them in. WEDNESDAY CHECK-IN 👇 Copy, paste and answer: 👟 Steps yesterday: 🎯 Step goal today: 🥩 Protein yesterday — did you hit your goal? 💧 How has your water intake been? 💪 How is your body feeling halfway through Week 2? 🏆 Biggest win so far this week: Let’s have a BIG Wednesday. Get moving, get those steps in, and keep building on what you’ve already accomplished this week! 💪

💪 TUESDAY CHECK-IN — WEEK 2
Week 2 is underway! By now, we’re starting to move past that first-week excitement and into the part that really matters — consistency. Today I want you to continue focusing on PROTEIN. 🥩🥚🍗 Protein isn’t just for building muscle. It helps with recovery, keeps you feeling fuller longer, helps preserve muscle while losing weight, and can make it much easier to stay on track with your nutrition. TODAY’S GOAL: Make sure every meal has a solid source of protein. Before you eat, ask yourself: Where’s my protein? 🔥 TUESDAY EXERCISE CHALLENGE Sometime today, complete: ✅ 50 bodyweight squats ✅ 40 alternating lunges — 20/side ✅ 30 push-ups ✅ 60-second plank Break it up however you need to! Do it all at once, split it into a few rounds, or modify the movements to your ability. The goal is simply to get it done. 👇 TUESDAY CHECK-IN Copy and paste these questions into the comments: 1. How are you feeling today — physically and mentally? 2. What did you have for protein today, and do you feel like you’re getting enough? 3. How are your nutrition and hydration so far this week? 4. Did you complete today’s exercise challenge? 5. What is ONE thing you’re going to accomplish before the end of today? Week 2 is where we start turning good intentions into habits. Keep showing up, keep moving, and keep stacking those small wins. Let’s have a great Tuesday! 👊

💪 MONDAY CHECK-IN — WEEK 2: PROTEIN FIRST
Good morning everyone and welcome to Week 2! First off, I was really impressed reading through all of the Sunday check-ins. There were some great weeks, some struggles, some busy schedules, weddings, travel, work and everything else life throws at us — but people are still showing up. That’s the point. Week 1 was about getting started, finding a routine and figuring out where you need some work. Week 2 is about PROTEIN. This week I want you paying attention to how much protein you’re actually eating. Not guessing. Start looking at labels, portions and the meals you’re putting together. Protein first at every meal. Build the meal around your protein source and then add everything else. Protein is going to help with recovery, maintaining and building muscle, keeping you fuller longer and making it easier to stay on track with your nutrition. THIS WEEK’S FOCUS Make protein the priority at every meal. Keep your water intake high, get your workouts scheduled, hit your steps, prioritize sleep and continue using the recovery room when you need it. And remember — this is for EVERYONE in the classroom. You don’t have to be officially participating in the Fall Reset to jump into these posts, check-ins and challenges. We have a great group here right now and I want to keep that momentum going. Week 1 is behind us. Let’s make Week 2 even better. 💪 COPY & PASTE YOUR MONDAY CHECK-IN BELOW 👇 1. How are you feeling starting Week 2? 2. What is your workout or movement today? 3. What are you eating today for your main protein sources? 4. Are you hitting your water goal today? 5. How was your sleep last night? 6. What is ONE thing you are going to do better this week than last week? 7. Have you scheduled/planned your workouts for the week? 8. Rate your day so far from 1–10. 9. BONUS: Post a picture of one of your high-protein meals today! 📸
