Updated Guide
Yo yo yo! I saw somebody comment asking me to update GLOW stack dosing so I have updated my full GLOW page. I also added NAD+ to energy peptides as well. TBH not too bullish on NAD+ because I don't think its the right fit for me but if you are older then you should check it out! I also updated my personal experience with MT1. I just did research on CJC1295, and Ipamorelin so I am going to try to build out some pages for that this week. I also want to dive a bit deeper into Tirz as a weight loss option as well. I think Reta is better but some people might like tirz! Stay tuned and thanks everyone! Summer is a month away LETS GET LOCKED IN

WHERE I GET MY PEPTIDES
- https://disguisedalpha.com/?coupon=cale Code CALE for Discount ;) I’ve used a few different companies over time. When I first started experimenting with peptides, I went with the more expensive and well-known companies because I wanted to be as safe as possible. I originally used Peptide Sciences (which has since shut down) and then moved to Strate Labs. After doing this stuff for a while though, you start to realize it doesn’t matter as long as they reputable. A lot of these companies are probably getting their peptides from the same source anyway and just slapping their logo on it. So at that point it really comes down to finding something that is: - reputable - has third-party testing - reasonably priced The company I currently use is Disguised Research (they also made me an affiliate, yay). Obviously, I get a commission of sales when you use my code. That is the reason this guide is free. A lot of “influencers” I trust also use them which makes me comfortable. Just look it up on Tiktok. They ship domestically which should mean better quality control and no risk of losing them, they have verified batch testing, and their inventory turnover is pretty fast while still keeping prices pretty low. I chat with the owner all the time and am in a group chat with a bunch of other affiliates/influencers and they all believe in the company. Bonus: they are based out of Sacramento CA, I lived there for a bit so makes me trust them even more! So far they’ve been the GOAT for me. - https://disguisedalpha.com/?coupon=cale Code CALE for Discount ;)

50 Day Transformation ON Peptides
Yo yo! 50 days ago I set out to get in the best shape of my life and I did it. For the past 50 days I have used 7 different peptides that contributed to my transformation so I wanted to share a little bit of the story (will have full youtube video eventually). I even got the receipts mfs!! Check the Dexa scan, 50 days ago I was 19% body fat and yesterday I clocked in at 13% body fat. I even included same room/ lighting so you cant think im frauding! Now the stack was as followed: Reta, Mots-C, Tesa/Ipa Blend, GHK, MT1, and lastly I experimented with Peg-MGF the past couple weeks. I have individual pages on all of these compounds so you can learn about them yourself but I do want to clarify that I did put in a considerable amount of work to do this so I cant just say "its all because of peptides!!" I was lifting 6x a week, I counted calories every single day, hit my steps.... everything. But I seriously doubt that I would've made the progress I did in just 50 days without them. In most cases, I would say that just reta would do the majority of the work because most the time its as simple as just losing body fat but I didn't have much muscle mass in the beginning (as you can see in the video lol) so I am pretty proud of the fact that I was able to gain 7lbs of muscle and lose 11lbs of fat. I do believe that tesa/ipa was helping me recover from workouts & get some decent sleep. I think its also important to mention that I started this whole thing coming off of surgery hence why I looked pretty bad haha and I hadnt lifted in a long time so the first couple weeks were pretty tiring and I recovered great which could've been the tesa/ipa. Not to mention, I was also spamming Mots which is supposed to help with endurance during workouts... Making the food I ate be converted to fuel better. Basically, I tried to give myself every advantage I could. The only other thing worth noting in terms of workout was the last 3 weeks, I was in a massive calorie deficit to lose as much fat as possible. ~May 15ish until now and my workouts stayed pretty consistent, performance didn't drop off to hard which is pretty shocking. This was also about the time I started taking peg-MGF, or "Metratutide" to clarify. Disguised Research sent me a blend of their new product "Meta" to try so I did the last couple weeks. Its supposed to combat muscle loss while in a deficit so perfect timing. Based off the Dexa from May15 to now, I didn't lose ANY muscle in the massive deficit but did lose like 6lbs of fat which is pretty shocking.
