This year, I have ran Reta for most of the year and I was always confused why people would ever choose tirz when Reta exists. There’s a couple reasons I’m doing this. First of all, Reta raises your heart rate and in turn that helps you burn more calories at rest so it’s GREAT for weight loss. However, I achieved my weight loss goals 4 weeks ago so I took a break from it. I decided to start it up again this week at small dose mainly just for food noise but I noticed that my sleep got worse right when I started it back up again. I constantly wake up at 3am and have trouble falling asleep after. I’m under the impression that this is because of the increased heart rate. I had the same issues throughout this year with my sleep but always assumed it was other things like caloric deficit or just having to pee in the middle of the night but I had been sleeping fine the past 4 weeks when I wasn’t on it! Everybody talks about testing their peptides and getting “COA’s” but does anybody even know what that means?? I just spent all day at disguised alpha’s newest testing facility. I got to see all the machines where they test for compounds, mass, sterility, purity, endotoxins, heavy metals etc etc haha. So I can 100% confirm that they do test and I tried my best to understand how it works.
