You’re done with temporary fixes.
Another stretch, opinion, program, another round of hoping this one will FINALLY work. Tell me, what are you most over right now?

That my pain in my neck after getting up comes back over and over again 😅
Swimming legs tension in the back
Swimming legs when lifting the left leg, I can feel tension on the right side next to the lower spine (opposite side) What might be the reason for that? When I lift my right leg I can not feel tension on the other side. Thank you 😅🙏🏻

Pain gone in 1 week, but he wasn't fixed
Story time. One of my clients, Kiriakos, came to me after years of back pain that ended his nights at 2 or 3am. Within his first week of working with me, he slept through the night. Now there's a trap hiding inside that sentence. If he had decided that week that he was fixed, he would have stopped and the "relief" wouldn't have lasted, because nothing underneath had changed yet. In that first week we didn't fix anything. He learned what was actually triggering his - for him it was lower body compensations, limited rotation and then loading the body with lots of weight in the wrong way. Once you know your driver, you stop feeding it a hundred times a day without noticing. The load on his whole body reduced and his back calmed down. That pattern still took months to retrain. The relief came first, which was great. But the fix came later. In a nutshell: pain goes "away" whenever the load goes below what your body can handle - a chill week at work, lighter training, being a bit more careful. The wrong pattern is still running underneath. Then load goes up - travel, a deadline, a heavier training block - and the same pattern has to handle more than it can. That flare-up after your best month was its first real test, and it failed. So one thing to check this week, on a good day: do something you've been careful with - a deep squat, twisting to reach the back seat, picking up something heavy. Are you moving freely, or moving carefully? Comment below: freely or carefully? Be honest. P.S. If you already know your answer is "carefully" - retraining the pattern is exactly what The Last Rep is for. Three months, the whole method start to finish: find what actually sets your back off, retrain it, and make sure it doesn't come back when life gets busy again. Get the Last Rep here: click here

Freely, but some movements are not even possible because of lack of mobility 😄
