Quick question to all of the amazing wholesalers in here who have been using the go-for-no method. When presenting your lowball offer to the seller, how do you like to present it? Do you like to point out some things with the rehab to get them to understand the kind of work the house would need, or do you just throw out your lowball offer and see how they take it and move forward based on their response? All answers are welcomed, and thank you in advance!
