Aloe
Hello! I have the device and some 99% aloe gel. Can I use that? Otherwise I have electrode gel which seems too thick. Thank you.

Will there be a recording Sterling? I’m not going to be able to make it but very interested to hear what’s said.

@Markus Burri Just started using ultrasound in the last few days with the US Pro 2000. Previously used Pulsetto. I found the Pulsetto beneficial, but inconsistent in results. First impressions of Ultrasound. Much stronger, much deeper, more potential. Touched immediately on some deeper trauma patterns I am aware of, which made it slightly uncomfortable, but very exciting. That's exactly where I want to go. Part of the immediate response was a very quick reduction in inflammatory patterns in the nervous system, especially in the head and sacrum. I find inflammation pushes me out of the physical pain, and more into a hazy indistinguishable type of fire pain. This vanished quickly, leaving just the underlying physical tightness and contraction. As said, this is where I want to be from experience. It always leads to deeper healing. The trick is to just enter into it without being overwhelmed emotional. The first night was uncomfortable as said, but there is context. My TBI pattern had triggered during the day, which always leads to an immediate inflammation cascade. After the ultrasound, I was just left with the underlying physical contraction. The normal emotional response was also gone. So whilst uncomfortable, I was quite happy to sit there and let the body do what it needed to do. Second night was much better, just waking for an hour in the night, and letting the body unwind. Another shift I noticed was doing some CST with my wife. We're both CST practitioners and do small sessions on ourselves daily. Normally my interioception from my left hand is much weaker and more clouded than my right hand. After the ultrasound, they were pretty similar. Much stronger and clearer feedback from the left hand, almost to the right hands levels. At the moment I'm just figuring out how much to do and what intensity. My drive wants faster and harder, but that's not what the body wants. Sterling's matrix chart is a pretty good guide for this as I learn how to use it best with my body.
Sacral positioning
On the video for sacral position it highlights the area over S2, S3, S4 to place the ultrasound. On the write up it says not to use on the bone but on the left glut area, angled in towards the S2, S3, S4 area, I presume. Can someone clarify please. Thank you
US Pro 2000 in Europe
For anyone looking in Europe, I found this one, presently on offer. https://www.quirumed.com/pt/ultrasons-portatil-1-mhz.html On the website, the device is given slightly different specs from the US Pro 2000. However, I have now purchased it, and it is exactly the US Pro 2000, with the same specifications. I have informed the company of the discrepancy.
New Bonus Module ! Insular Cerebral Stimulation w/ Ultrasound !
There has never been a better time to get to work, and get some Likes here in Vagus Skool - as now I've loaded what may a CRITICAL component of breaking free of a severe Inflammatory Cycle. In this module we're going to talk about Insular Cortex Inflammatory Engrams. What are Engrams ? Engrams are memory patterns that your brain can replay like a full Movie. And this is really critical in your Inflammasome - because if you have ever had a critical Inflammation event in your past, and your body produced far too much inflammatory cytokines (or too few, or not the right ones) your brain just "Remembered" it - in a very Associative Condition type of way. Think Pavlovian Dog Research, ring a bell, and the dogs salivate on command. In the Insular Cortex case, you have just a "thought" flash through your mind (traumatic, unpleasantness, etc) - and your Inflammatory system will go into Inflammation Production mode immediately. I think this is actually why people can stay sick for many years AFTER the original event happened. Also, this is very well studied ! See Here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41423-023-01051-8 and Here: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34752731/ I've seen Asya Rolls speak in person on this at a Bioelectric Medicine Conference (covering Vagus Nerve Stimulation - both electrical and Ultrasound methods) - and she explained this scenario so clearly, it absolutely is a valid point of view on Inflammation cascades hitting a person repeatedly long after the initial "infection" or traumatic bodily event. @Mindy Mastruserio Yes, very, although I tend to suspect it's more left-side weak rather than right-side dominant, if you know what I mean. I've always had much less fine control on my left side.

Also much less interoceptive type information compared to my right.
