The power of AI
"What if AI can outline a plan for you and it requires ONLY 4 hour/week? And, what if that same "4 hours" spells out $x,xxx/wk for you? ... every month ... for one year!? And in that one-year timeframe, AI outlines HOW to help others become Millionaires in less than 96 hours!?" --- In 2026, these once-thought of as "outrageous claims", are now made possible via AI! (What I like to tell my clients is this: What was once thought of as 'impossible', is now made "I'M POSSIBLE" through AI!)

I love your interpretation and shift from impossible to I'm possible. Almost poetic. Thank you
Clarity + AI: Confusion Is Expensive
AI may be one of the greatest clarity tools ever created— if you use it correctly. Most people use AI only for answers. But one of its highest uses is helping you get clear. Clear on: → what you actually mean → what problem you’re really solving → what matters most right now → what next step creates momentum → where your own thinking is tangled Confusion is expensive. Confusion delays decisions. Confusion creates procrastination. Confusion scatters energy. Confusion keeps smart people stuck. AI can help turn mental clutter into language, structure, priorities, and action. 🔥 AI Hack for Clarity: Instead of asking: “Give me ideas.” Try asking: “Here’s everything on my mind right now. What patterns do you see, what’s noise vs signal, and what one move would create momentum first?” That question alone can save weeks. AI DOES NOT replace judgment. But it can dramatically reduce unnecessary confusion and costly mistakes. Question: Where is confusion currently costing you time, money, or momentum?

Thank you for your clarity. Clarity is so important and sometimes hard to find in the noise outside and inside... AI can help you to dig deeper and double check your ideas, improve strategies and receive unexpected hints our solution. Everything depends on how be brief AI and how well it knows our goals, values and also the bigger picture or the story behind the story. I enjoy the ride..
/grit - Claude Skill for hard days. File attached.
Three weeks ago I was staring at my laptop at 11pm, cash-flow spreadsheet open, wondering if I should just keep going or stop for the night. Every "productivity coach" I could find online would have told me to embrace the grind. My wife would have told me to go to sleep. Neither of those was actually useful in the moment. So I built what I wish I'd had. It's called /grit. It's a Claude skill (think of it as a custom coaching mode you install once and trigger with one command). It's not a chatbot. It's not a hype machine. It's four beats, built for the moment when entrepreneurship gets heavy and you can't tell if you should push, triage, or stop. Here's what it does: 1. Asks two questions. Not ten. Two. 2. Separates what you said into what's actually underneath. Most grit moments are three problems pretending to be one: a real external problem, a physical state (sleep debt, no food), and an identity threat. Very different fixes. 3. Anchors you back to why you started. One sentence. No quotes, no poster slogans. 4. Hands you three concrete moves for the next 60 minutes. Or permission to stop for the night, if that's the honest call. 5. It will not tell you "you got this." It will tell you to close the 14 tabs, drink water, send the one email you've been avoiding, and come back when move 1 is done. If you mention self-harm or crisis, it drops the coach voice immediately and points you to real human resources. That part matters. I tested it four times before release. Why I'm sharing it free Because I needed this tool. I built it in an afternoon with Claude. It took me four rounds of testing to get the voice right. If it helps one founder in this community get through a hard night, that's the whole ROI for me. Also because I think the "AI Clone that thinks like you" idea that Tony, Dean and Igor teach is exactly right, and skills are one of the cleanest ways to do it in Claude. If you've never built one, this is a good first one to install because it's short, it's complete, and you can see inside it.

This is very interesting. What's the difference between your solution and Tony AI? I mean content not the monthly fee

@Denis Laflamme thank you for the explanation! Very interesting! I use Claude – started 6 weeks ago and love it. At the moment I use the free version, but I think I should do an upgrade. Tony AI is an AI Tony Robbins created. You can call Tony and speak with him or type. It's high end coaching. It cannot be compared with what you created. One question: I didn't understand number 2 in the list how to use grit. Am I right: I don't need any coding knowledge?

Being here for a while this evening I gained many points. Now only 68 instead of 82 points away from level 6... That's beautiful. So thankful for the interesting discussions with different members. I learnt a lot.
How are you preparing for this summit?
I'm getting so excited! I'm treating this as if I was going for a flight, cleaning my house, getting all my projects delegated, deferred or done, and trashing what isn't absolutely necessary for me and my business. What are you all doing? I'm curious if there are any tips and tricks you guys do for summits like these?

Some days ago I started to be as active in this skool group as during the 1st summit. I love the energy and the openness of the members. But thank you for the idea to check the old notes!
