Thank you again for the warm welcome. One of the things that attracted me to this community was the positive outlook reflected in the name "Still Rising." I think many people assume that once we reach retirement or later stages of life, our best years are behind us. My experience has been quite the opposite. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone's experiences and hopefully contributing where I can. It's great to be part of a community that believes growth, purpose and connection don't have an expiry date. Thanks again for making me feel welcome. Martin
