I had my follow-up diabetes appointment this week, and I received some exciting news… I’m now on a trial of no insulin. 🙌 This is something I honestly wasn’t sure would ever be possible, so I’m feeling incredibly grateful and hopeful. For me, this win represents more than just medication changes. It reminds me that: ✨ small consistent habits matter ✨ progress is possible ✨ our bodies can respond when we support them ✨ it’s never too late to make positive changes Everyone’s journey is different, and this is simply my personal story, but I wanted to share it to encourage anyone who may feel stuck right now. Please don’t underestimate the power of steady steps.
