Hi @Jim Flach , our plan is to build these in "L" shape, single one will look similar to the one on pic. I am into health so I want to build it with materials that are non-toxic - hemp insulation, EcoWood lining, cedar wood floor, grounded with copper rods and copper mesh, etc. We have our own well on the property, I plan to install biogas reactor and 16K watts of solar panels (over-panelling, bigger batteries capacity) - this all to be self-sufficient 10-11 months in a year. That 4600 sqm was not farmed for past 40 years - raw land with grass that was cut twice a year for a haystack. This year I am going to leave the grass as a mulch and at the autumn I am going to lay cartons/compost/chipping on +/- 1000 sqm, build 2 greenhouses, 2 polytunnels, few raised beds, bring some 30 chicken (will have to build fully covered mobile henhouse as there is a lot of buzzards, falcons, foxes and martens in the area) and 3 goats. With regards of plants I want to focus on Eastern Europe (healing, rather than culinary) herbs. A lot of plans and I cannot wait to start ;-)

@Jim Flach thanks! I will use alfa alfa right after 1st grass cut for mulching, in early June - should be OK for 2nd cut for mulching in late September. I plan to prep the beds (cartons/compost/wood chips) in early November so the layer (and roots) of alfa alfa should help.
