@Robert Stewart Good to be part of the group as just joined. I saw your presentation pre Xmas which showed Commercial to Residential conversion strategies but wasn't able to watch it all so wasn't clear on all of the approach. It seemed that when you do this, their maybe options with local council to get interest free loans for 'regeneration' which makes the affordability much better??...was that correct or am I dreaming this up and can you point me in direction of any lessons/webinars you discuss this on please? 🙏
