Weekly Wins & Accountability Friday 9/25
🎉 Weekly Wins & Accountability Friday!! Another week in the books, let's celebrate what we showed up for. I'll kick it off with mine... 📖 Completed the first module of The ADHD Performance OS. Its focused on locking in your values which influence your decisions. You can find it here. There are slides and a Values exercise bottom of the page so I'd start there. 🏋️ Hit 4 Orange Theory classes this week and getting stronger in areas I would have never worked out before on my own. OT was worth the premium to be in a room with other like-minded and motivated individuals. 📅 479 days sober. On June 3, 2025 I decided alcohol needed to go if I was ever to truly manage my ADHD. The clarity of mind that comes with sobriety has given me the opportunity to come as far as I have. 👥 Meeting with my coach 2x a week and it's paying off. As a coach myself I believe in the power of coaching and will most likely be working with coaches until the day I die...no joke...you'll only get so far in the life on your own but you can cut that progress by degrees when you work with someone who is where you want to be The wins compound when you protect your foundation first. 💪 🤝 My Accountability ⏰ Getting up between 5-6am and am going to push myself this week be more consistent at just 5am. 👥 Haven't made the progress I wanted on some session material I'm working on, so I'm looking for an accountability partner this week to hold me accountable. Anyone interested? What's one win, big or small, you're carrying into the weekend? Drop it below 👇

Love this: "As a coach myself I believe in the power of coaching and will most likely be working with coaches until the day I die...no joke...you'll only get so far in the life on your own but you can cut that progress by degrees when you work with someone who is where you want to be", as a coach myself too :) I counted and worked 32 hours on my biz this week! Coming from zero a few weeks ago (due to recovery) that's a big win! And, it gives me energy instead of draining, and keeps me focused on spending the time I'm not working, well. Your pointing towards protecting the foundation resonates. Been contemplating and experimenting with that as well.
The Next Session Is All Up To You!
Hello my fellow ADHDer's! Hope your all having an amazing day regardless of how your ADHD is showing up today. I'm looking to put together a new session next week and would like to get some feedback from the community to understand what would be most useful. And by all means feel free to suggest a new topic that you'd like to learn more about that will help you on your ADHD journey.

@Joe Keohan Yes!! Also, to stop masking is important to healing into a new identity that serves you best. And I think solution focused work suits this, so 'what are situations where {being authentic/managing your focus/using a tool to remember things} served you, and how can you build on that' or questions like that, to reflect on.
🎉 This week's lineup is one you won't want to miss!
Hey everyone, hope you're heading into the week strong! Whether you just joined or you've been part of the community for a while, as a fellow ADHDer you're exactly where you need to be. This week we have 3 sessions on the calendar built to meet you where you're at, no matter what you're working through. So come as you are, bring your questions, and let's figure this out together. 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲𝘁𝗵, 𝟭𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝗽𝗺 𝗘𝗦𝗧 Practical Tools for ADHD Minds We'll talk about executive function, pull out 22 practical tools you can use immediately, and score where you're struggling most. No willpower or advice. Just systems that work with an ADHD brain instead of against it. 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵, 𝟭𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝗽𝗺 𝗘𝗦𝗧 The Science of Focus We'll break down what's actually driving focus, sleep, movement, and the dopamine system behind attention, and turn that science into a handful of levers you can pull starting today. No lectures, just the "why" behind what works. 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵, 𝟭:𝟯𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟮:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 𝗘𝗦𝗧 Body Doubling This is one of the best systems to use to make some progress in the area of executive dysfunction. We open with a brief check in where you state what your working on then work in silence side by side toward our own goals, and close out with a final check in. If you've ever sat down to do something alone and watched an hour disappear before you even started, this is the fix. Something about another person quietly working next to you (even virtually) makes starting easier and finishing more likely. Come with a task, any task, and let's get it done together. Looks great Joe! Due to pre-planned things I cannot join any of them, hopefully next week.
Weekly Wins & Accountability Friday
🎉 Weekly Wins 🎉 It's another week in the books and progress is progress, big or small, so let's all take a moment to celebrate 🎊. Celebrating wins triggers a release of dopamine, the same neurotransmitter tied to motivation and focus. For ADHD brains 🧠 that dopamine hit is not only the fuel we chase but it's literally how we reinforce the behaviors we want to repeat. So don't skip the celebration part. 🤝 Accountability Time 🤝 Now for the hard part. What's something you struggled with this week? There's no shame here only ownership and accountability. Hiding our struggles in silence only prolongs the pain and the shame. Making it public, owning up to it, that gets the ball rolling and I can guarantee you that someone here will support you in your journey. I know I will! 👇 Both of mine are in the comments below. 👇 What's yours? 🤔

Good to check in! Kudos for your accomplishments! My wins: - Kept the kids alive and fed and at school on time in two days of solo-parenting - Did forget but was still in time to put the garbage out when I noticed it in front of the door. - Made my mom who has severe dementia smile on her birthday. Accountability: - Need to keep doing daily lessons on a course that works with daily lessons to keep momentum - Need to post (not stories but reels) on IG more to make this business a reality. Have a great weekend @Joe Keohan and everyone!
