Hey everyone, We’ve been watching you guys crush it in our recent nervous system series. We regulated. We grounded. We fixed the engine and built an incredible foundation. But to be honest with you…having a regulated nervous system isn't the final destination. It’s just the starting line. Healing is great, but creating is the ultimate goal. Tobacco
I know Ryan has talked about vaporizing tobacco. Does anyone else use tobacco consciously (or otherwise)? I use tobacco, but mostly just as an off and on addiction if I'm being honest. Applying intention to cannabis totally transformed my relationship with it. I would like to bring more awareness to my tobacco use. Ryan and anyone else -- do you use intention and the same overall philosophy we apply with cannabis, to tobacco?

@Eston Falley Interesting topic, I’ve been wondering about tobacco myself. I smoked cigs off and on in my younger years and quit 38 years ago. Then I got a divorce last year and started up again. I don’t drink alcohol so it was a coping strategy at the time to try to deal with the stress. I’ve been trying to quit and using nic gum, which doesn’t do much for me, like why bother lol. To me, there is a huge difference in smoking a cig vs the gum, so there seems to be something about the tobacco plant itself. I find it very grounding and it also focuses my third eye and facilitates meditation, and is great with cannabis. I’ll look at what @Ryan Sprague is talking about with nervous system regulation and grounding without it. I just ordered a dry herb vape so plan to use that and work on being more conscious about my use. I appreciate the topic, thank you 🙏
