POA signatures… let’s talk about this one 👇
We keep seeing the same issue come back: The document shows something like: “John Doe by Jane Doe, his attorney-in-fact” But then the signer either: 👉 Signs just their name 👉 Signs below the line 👉 Or doesn’t include the full format And that’s where the problem starts. The signature should actually look like: “John Doe by Jane’s signature, his attorney-in-fact” Not just Jane’s name… not under the line… but the full format as shown. It might seem like a small detail, but this is one of those things that can easily get documents rejected. Quick tip: Don’t assume the signer knows how to sign under POA, guide them through it every time. 👉 Have you ever had to correct a POA signature at the table? What did the signer do at first? 😅

Recently,while conducting a signing as I always d I instructed the signer in meticulous detail on exactly how to sign to ensure no errors occurred an that the documents were fully completed and finalized the signer who turned out to be a notary herself said to me: Wow! I am absolutely amazed by the level of the detail in your work.thad was excellent what a beautiful job!'' She congratulate me, and I was truly blown away. It was a fantastic experience, but it also served as a valuable lesson :during signings, we can sometimes encounter surprises and our professional reputation as notaries is at stake.

@Melina Fuenmayor Thank you
When the fee is so good the notary thinks it’s a mistake 😂👇
We sent out an offer yesterday… and got this response: “I mean, I wouldn’t mind that fee, but I don’t think that’s actually right. lol” And honestly… we get it 😅 But here’s the context: 👉 Refinance 👉 8 properties involved 👉 Multiple packages = significantly more work Not all signings are the same, and sometimes the fee reflects the complexity of the assignment. Moral of the story: Don’t assume it’s a typo… sometimes it’s just a REALLY solid order 👀 Have you ever received a fee that made you double-check twice? 😂👇

Show up for yourself!
Real talk, the people who hit their goals aren't superhuman. They just don't quit on themselves. You're probably dealing with the same stuff as everyone else. Life's messy. Progress is slow sometimes. You doubt yourself. Whatever. That's all normal. What matters is that you keep moving. Even when it doesn't feel like much. Even when you can't see the finish line yet. Some of you are killing it right now. Some are starting over. Some have no idea what's next. I get it. But you're all here doing the work, and that's what counts. For those just starting: You need to be seen. Send those emails. Make those calls. Earn the "preferred" title. I know it's not easy, but it's the only way to actually start. The invisible work doesn't move the needle, visibility does. So this week, do something that gets you closer. One thing. Then come back and tell us what it was. What's your one move this week? Drop it below, let's keep each other honest.

@Ana Rodriguez Hi Ana
Would YOU Charge a Print Fee in This Situation?
Before printing documents, do you verify that the signer’s name on the documents matches the name on the order? Now imagine this… You receive a package, print the documents, and THEN realize the documents are for a completely different person (wrong borrower/signer, not just a typo). Would you request a print fee? 🔘 Yes🔘 No🔘 Depends If YES, how much would you charge? 👉 25-page seller package🔘 $15🔘 $20🔘 $25🔘 Other (comment below) 👉 150-page buyer package🔘 $25🔘 $35🔘 $45🔘 Other (comment below) Drop your answers and explain your reasoning 👇

My jod is to carefully review the documents before they are printed.
