Hey Loco's, for those that haven't met me yet, I'm Nick Sommers. I'm a college swimmer and have been a triathlete for 4 years now (apart of the team for 2yrs), completing 4 fulls and 7 halfs. I know swimming can be extremely hard for folks and want to help out the team. Therefore, I want to offer swim "lessons" or guidance, especially for technique.
