🤯 Here’s How I DRIVE Traffic To My Skool Group With QR Codes
Yes ... we all know driving traffic from websites and/or social media platforms to our Skool groups is a good way to get members (if you didn't 👌🏾 now you know). But did you know QR codes are a great way to do the same in both the digital and real world? 😳 Here's 2 examples: ▪️Put your QR Code on 1 of the slides of a presentation/Powerpoint. Have your entire audience scan it with their phones as you introduce what it is, what to expect and why they should join ▪️My favorite: use QR Codes in YouTube videos. Nowadays, YouTube is being watched more in the living room than on mobile phones. Make it easy for all viewers to access your links by scanning a QR Code while watching Because I teach Manychat and DM automation in my Skool group, I take it a step further 😉 My QR code on YouTube launches their Instagram app, sends an auto DM that re-introduces a freebie I mentioned in the video and collects their email address without leaving the DMs. In the freebie I send via email, I promote my Skool group via links and QR codes in multiple ways - the ULTIMATE funnel! 👨🏾‍💻 Try it yourself via my attached QR code image Many of you have audiences off-Skool that you can drive to your group. Consider using QR codes to do it digitally and IRL (I share how you can do this too in my attached voice message). Got any questions or opinions you wanna share? Let's discuss in the comments Would you try driving traffic to your own Skool group with QR codes?

Paid community with 130 members?
Most people start a free community and keep giving value in free community and don’t start a paid one Paid community is the real deal. Members pay you for your knowledge. And to perfectly make the community members from free to paid group, We used this exact funnel for Haroon. We convert Free members to Paid members without ever asking them. In Haroon’s free community, we have "Premium" courses listed. But here is the trick: 1. Video 1 & 2 are UNLOCKED. They watch them. They get hooked. They get value. 2. Video 3 is LOCKED. We replace the video player with a screenshot that says: "This premium content is only available inside the Paid Community." Then we list exactly what they are missing: - Checklists - Dummy Bid Reviews - Profile Audits We don't sell the membership. We sell the Next Video. They are already binge-watching. They hit a wall. The only way to finish the story is to pay the $30. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s the logical next step. Stop trying to convince them. Just let them hit the wall.

What is the best structure?
Hi everyone, I am a guitar teacher offering lessons and membership, and I plan to build an engaged community to attract people to my paid subscription. My question is: should I create two communities (one free and one paid), or just one with everyone, free and paid members together? Thank you!

New members without a profile picture: how should I handle it?
Hello everyone. I've been wondering how to handle situations where new members request access to the community without setting a profile picture. This raises some concerns for me, as it could lead to a community without visible faces, and these profiles might also end up having lower engagement—either because they’re not interested enough to upload a picture or because they’re not very comfortable with technology. With that in mind, what would you recommend I do in these cases, both at the moment of the request and afterwards? Thank you for your time 🙏🏽🙏🏽
