Paid community with 130 members?
Most people start a free community and keep giving value in free community and don’t start a paid one Paid community is the real deal. Members pay you for your knowledge. And to perfectly make the community members from free to paid group, We used this exact funnel for Haroon. We convert Free members to Paid members without ever asking them. In Haroon’s free community, we have "Premium" courses listed. But here is the trick: 1. Video 1 & 2 are UNLOCKED. They watch them. They get hooked. They get value. 2. Video 3 is LOCKED. We replace the video player with a screenshot that says: "This premium content is only available inside the Paid Community." Then we list exactly what they are missing: - Checklists - Dummy Bid Reviews - Profile Audits We don't sell the membership. We sell the Next Video. They are already binge-watching. They hit a wall. The only way to finish the story is to pay the $30. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s the logical next step. Stop trying to convince them. Just let them hit the wall.

@Ewa Lewandowska Here's my Response.
12,000 member communities are built like this
I thought making a viral reel and saying “link in bio” is the best CTA. That works, but there are better funnels. To build Haroon’s community to 12,000 members (Rank #7), we used a free video funnel Here is the exact funnel: 1. The Tease: The Reel gives 80% of the value but stops at the "How To." 2. The Bait: Haroon says, "I recorded a full masterclass on this. Comment 'RIZQ' to get it." 3. The Trap: We DM them a link. But the link isn't YouTube. The link is hosted inside the Skool community's Classroom tab. When they click it, Skool stops them: "You must be a member to view this content." They are already invested. They want the answer. So they click "Join" without hesitation. We don't ask them to join. We make joining the only way to get what they want. That’s a tip for all to get some high quality members.

@Simone Zücker Yes they will be active members, We have a complete course and they watch it fully. After that, they watch other courses too. Join live sessions. Just make sure you are giving value. This all I am talking about is actually for FREE Community. And the paid ones will have more perks with more courses etc. But there should be value in Free community too.
300k Views on a 2-Minute Reel?
Every Guru says "Keep it under 30 seconds." "People have short attention spans." That is a lie. We posted a video for Haroon that was 2 minutes and 17 seconds long. By Instagram standards, that is a documentary. The result? 300k Views and a massive spike in community members. How? People don't have short attention spans. They have low tolerance for boredom. They will watch a 3-hour movie if it’s good. They will scroll past a 15-second Reel if it sucks. We didn't use "fast cuts" to hack attention. We used Narrative Tension. We structured the video so the middle was even more interesting than the hook. We turned a simple client story into a movie script. Longer videos build more trust. More trust = More community members. Stop being afraid of length. Be afraid of being boring.
300k+ views on Talking head Reel?
Your content is failing because you are telling stories about yourself, when you should be selling a dream to them. I helped Haroon grow his Skool community to 12,000 members (Ranked #7). We didn’t do it by guessing. We did it by understanding human psychology. Here is the exact change we made on a video that hit 300k views: Version A: "My client offered me $7,500 for this project..." (Boring. It’s a statement. People scroll.) Version B: "$7,500 is the amount my client offered me..." (Instant attention. It hits the "Greed Button" in the viewer's brain immediately.) See the difference? Version A is a fact. Version B is a Dream Outcome. When you put the result before the story, retention skyrockets. We aren't just "editing videos." We are building Content Funnels that turn viewers into paid members.

The 'Invisible' CTA that built a 12k Community
Be honest. You scream "Click the link!" at the end of every video. But your Skool member count doesn't move. Why? Because they’ve already scrolled past. They are numb to standard Calls to Action. To build Haroon’s community to 12,000 members (Rank #7), we couldn't just be "good." We had to be different. We didn't use flashier graphics. We used psychology. Haroon has a thick black beard. So, we took the text "Join free community" and placed it literally ON his beard. We turned the opacity down so it was almost invisible. Subliminal. Why did this convert like crazy? It’s a Pattern Interrupt. The human brain sees something out of place on a face, and it forces the viewer to stop scrolling and squint to look closer. That split-second of curiosity is the difference between a viewer and a member. Stop being boring with your CTA. Start being psychological.
