I'm Marquita a 44 years old with two kids and married for 22 years to my amazing Husband, and I’ve officially lost 65 lbs in just 7 months! 🙌🏾 How? By staying in a consistent calorie deficit, doing intermittent fasting, and going all in with hyper ketosis. For the first two months, I followed a low-carb approach, and I’ve been playing tennis weekly to keep my body moving and energy high. I have PCOS, which has always made it super hard to lose weight. If you know, you know—it can feel like your body is fighting you every step of the way. But hyper ketosis has been the game-changer for me. It’s been the only thing that’s helped me drop weight this fast while still feeling strong, energized, and focused. This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it.
