BODY is not RANDOM
The way you breathe, brace, hold tension, collapse, push through, or disconnect is not happening without reason. Your body is always communicating. Sometimes through tight shoulders.Sometimes through a clenched jaw.Sometimes through shallow breath.Sometimes through exhaustion, numbness, or the feeling that you have drifted away from yourself. These patterns are not signs of failure. They are signs of intelligence. Your body may be showing you where it learned to protect, adapt, survive, and keep going. This week, I invite you to watch the video and ask yourself: What has my body been trying to protect? What has it been carrying for me? What does it need now? Healing does not begin with fighting ourselves. It begins with listening. Your body is not the obstacle. It is the guide.

@Nan Ellsworth hoi! I always listen but ...i go on and on. Or is tha also good?
THE GOAL IS NOT CALM.
It needs to know how to return. When the body moves quickly, the heart rate rises. That is normal. That is the body preparing energy, oxygen, blood flow, and action. The problem is not activation. The problem is getting stuck in activation. Always fast. Always braced. Always on. Always preparing. This is why rhythm matters. Slow rhythm helps the body soften, breathe, and feel support. Quick rhythm helps the body feel energy, action, and aliveness. ‼️ When we alternate the two, we practice flexibility. Slow & Quick Slow & Quick & Return Take a moment to EXPLORE: Feel your feet. Sway slowly. Take a gentle inhale. Let the exhale be longer. Then march your feet or shake your hands for 15 to 20 seconds. Let the rhythm rise. Then pause (it's important) Feel your feet again. Exhale slowly. Notice: Can my body activate without panic? Can my heart rate rise without fear? Can I move fast and still feel connected? Can I return? This is nervous system rhythm. Not forcing calm. Not chasing intensity. Learning how to rise and come back.

Diaphragm Part 2: Throat, Diaphragm + Pelvic Floor Connection.
I’m inviting you to join me for Diaphragm Part 2: Throat, Diaphragm + Pelvic Floor Connection. In Part 1, we began exploring the diaphragm, ribs, belly, and breath. In Part 2, we go deeper into how the breath connects through the body’s pressure system: the throat, diaphragm, belly, pelvis, and pelvic floor. This class is for you if you notice: shallow breathing throat tightness jaw tension belly gripping pelvic floor tension difficulty making sounds or speaking from the body holding your breath under pressure feeling disconnected from your lower body or feeling like your breath gets “stuck” between the throat and belly We will explore gentle practices for: throat softening diaphragmatic breathing pelvic floor awareness without gripping sound and breath connection how the throat and pelvic floor communicate how breath supports voice, posture, nervous system regulation, and whole-body connection This is not about forcing a deep breath. It is about helping the body understand how to breathe, support, sound, and release with more coordination. The throat, diaphragm, and pelvic floor are not separate. They are part of one living system. When the throat grips, the breath may become restricted. When the diaphragm is not moving freely, the pelvic floor may hold. When the pelvic floor grips, the voice, belly, and breath may also change. In this class, we will move slowly and listen deeply. JOIN ME Date/Time: JUNE 7TH, 11.00 AM EST NEW YORK or watch the replay at the LIBRARY https://www.skool.com/day-by-day-library-3938/about Your breath is not just air. It is connection, support, voice, and safety moving through the body.

DIAPHRAGM JOURNEY Early Bird
I am so excited to share that Early Bird Access is now open (DON'T MISS IT) DIAPHRAGM JOURNEY PART 1 This journey is for anyone who feels: shortness or restriction in the breath tight ribs belly gripping shoulders lifting while breathing jaw or neck tension low energy difficulty slowing down stress living in the body a sense of always holding everything together In Part 1, we begin with the foundation. We explore. Because shallow breathing does not only affect the breath. It can affect your focus. Your energy.Your posture.Your ability to regulate.Your ability to cope with pressure.Your sense of support inside your own body. This is not about forcing a deep breath. This is about helping the body feel safe enough to breathe more fully. We will explore: 360 breathing rib mobility belly softening side-body and back-body breath diaphragm awareness shoulder and neck over-effort nervous system regulation how to breathe without pushing or performing The body does not open because we demand it. It opens when it feels supported. If you are ready to begin this work, Early Bird Access is available now. https://www.skool.com/bodyknows-9135/classroom/3fbeb5bc Your breath is not simply air. It is the way your body learns safety, space, and support from the inside.

DIRTY WORK
Your next level is not waiting for motivation. It is waiting for your private standards. Let’s talk about the dirty work. The work nobody sees. Waking up early enough so you can move your body before the kids wake up. Preparing your presentation before the pressure arrives. Laying out your clothes the night before. Practicing the speech before the room is watching. Doing the boring repetitions. Returning to the breath. Cleaning up the calendar. Doing the nervous system work when you are not in crisis. This is the work that builds the version of you who can handle more. Not because you push harder. Because you prepare better. High-performing people often want the result: The confidence. The presence. The body that feels strong. The mind that thinks clearly. The nervous system that can stay steady under pressure. The voice that does not disappear in the room. The energy that does not burn out by 3 PM. But those results are not built in the big moment. They are built in the private moments. The 20-minute workout. The 10-minute rehearsal. The 5-minute breath reset. The one hard email. The one honest boundary. The one night you go to bed early enough to protect tomorrow. This is not hustle culture. This is self-respect. There is a difference between forcing and preparing. Forcing says: “I will override myself until I collapse.” Preparing says: “I will create the conditions for my body and mind to show up.” So the question is not: “Do I feel like doing it?” The question is: “What does the life I say I want require from me today?” 👇 SHARE your thoughts, experiences, blockages ...👇
