WHERE DO YOUR PEPTIDES ACTUALLY COME FROM
Something I misunderstood when I first started researching peptides was assuming that buying from a Canadian or American company meant the peptides were actually manufactured there. The reality is that a large amount of the world's peptide raw materials are manufactured overseas, particularly in China. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with peptides coming from China. China has manufacturers producing extremely high quality products, including facilities operating to very high manufacturing standards. What matters isn't the country. It's the manufacturer, their standards, testing and transparency. A company can be Canadian or American, package and ship its products from Canada or the USA, and still source the actual peptide from China. In fact, that is what 100% of companies are doing in Canada, so if they are telling you it comes from a lab in Canada, ask them where their raw material comes from.

if someone tells you they manufacture in the states or in Canada they are literally lying to you! And don’t buy it! Because if they are lying about where they are made who knows what else they are lying about! 🥰
HALFWAY THROUGH WEEK 2… HOW ARE WE DOING? 😂
We're halfway through the second week of back to school, so I feel like it's time for a little Mom Reset check-in. If you're anything like me, the last couple weeks have been a blur of school schedules, lunches, activities, appointments, work and trying to get everyone back into some kind of routine. And I'm willing to bet a few of us have been slacking when it comes to taking care of ourselves. 🙋‍♀️ So here's your reminder that we don't need to wait until Monday, next month or until life "calms down" to get back on track. For the rest of this week, let's keep it SIMPLE: 💧 Drink your water 🥩 Prioritize your protein 🚶‍♀️ Move your body, even if it's just a walk 🏋️‍♀️ Get a workout in if you can 😴 Try to get some decent sleep 🧘‍♀️ Take even 20 minutes for yourself ❤️ And give yourself a little grace if the last couple weeks haven't gone as planned You don't have to be perfect. Just start doing the little things again. Who's been staying on track and who's ready for a little reset? 😂 Drop a 🙋‍♀️ if you're getting back at it with me!

🙋🏻‍♀️ we’ve already been in school for a month and every week has been a crazy week for me. Not one week has been a chill week somehow 🤪

My brother is looking in to implementing this in his stack. Whats the pros and cons and what dosage protocol is everyone using?
PEPTIDE SPOTLIGHT: KLOW
🧬 KLOW is one of the peptide blends I get asked about the most, and it’s also one that has been a big part of my own journey. So what exactly is KLOW? It combines FOUR different peptides: 💙 BPC-157 Often researched for tissue repair, recovery and its potential role in supporting tendons, ligaments and the GI tract. 💙 TB-500 Studied around tissue repair, recovery, wound healing and cell migration. 💙 KPV A small 3-amino-acid peptide researched for its potential role in inflammation, particularly involving the gut and skin. 💙 GHK-Cu The copper peptide of the group. It has been studied for collagen production, tissue remodeling, wound healing, skin health and hair-related applications. ✨ WHY ARE THEY COMBINED? The idea behind KLOW is bringing together four peptides that are researched in different areas of healing and recovery, including: • Inflammation • Tissue repair & recovery • Tendons & ligaments • Skin & collagen • Gut health • Wound healing • Overall recovery 💙 MY EXPERIENCE WITH KLOW For me personally, KLOW has probably been one of the most noticeable peptides I’ve tried. I had dealt with chronic back pain from an old injury for YEARS. Since incorporating KLOW into my own peptide journey, my back pain improved dramatically. I went from regularly dealing with pain and avoiding certain movements to getting back into the gym, strengthening my back again and feeling like my old injury wasn't controlling what I could do every day. I've also really liked what I've noticed with my skin while using it. That’s why KLOW continues to be one of my personal favourites. If you’ve used KLOW, what was the biggest thing YOU noticed? 👇 💙 Pain/recovery 💙 Inflammation 💙 Skin 💙 Gut health 💙 Something else Educational discussion only. This post shares emerging research and personal experience and is not medical advice.

This is one that I’ve been eying for a long time. But haven’t pulled the trigger because I still need to buy SS-31 before I get back in to my regimen.
SS-31
What is everyone dosing their SS-31 at? I’m learning you need to start with this mitochondrial peptide before going to either mots-c or anything else. It’s kind of first step to jumpstart everything else like NAD, MOTS-C, tesa, etc. what’s your thoughts? Also, what company is your provider? Curious if I can find them cheaper somewhere else. I’m getting my SS-31 for about $43USD a vial. Anyone getting it cheaper anywhere else?

Also, is this saying to break the 5mg of injection and break that up for the whole week?
