I'm sick. Haha I've only gotten 1 run in so far for the week. And 1 strength training session with biceps and abs. But that went pretty well, and I was feeling strong and woke up sick on Wednesday. Feeling a little better today. May try to squeeze my other 3 runs in today, tomorrow and Sunday...
