Blue casual Outfit of the day
Today a blue-knit pullover from Selected, Brax blue jeans, Marco Polo blue-wild leather sneakers, Zeppelin 100 year special Chronograph watch and a leather belt :) Interestingly, without dressing really with finer pieces, the views are still yours as you look grounded and collected nonetheless. I really love the pullover, it is super comfy.

@Simeon Beiler Yeah I mean given that it is basically just jeans and a pullover... if it fits and colours and a watch and matching shoes and suddenly you are dressed better than most without even trying... This either implies it is that easy or that the rest really dresses bad...
Gentlemen, time to brag a little 😎💪

Since my wife left me with the kid alone and I redressed, I learned 3 important things: 1) You can handle all by yourself with enough structure, 2) people treat you way better and women stare a lot at you, and most importantly, 3) I realised chinos are so much more comfy than jogging pants!

@L. Roberts Dale She left me at my lowest. However, I am a highly functional man, i.e., I lost 28kg since April 25, cut a 30cm full beard off, clothed completely new (I simply had nothing left that fit...), refurbished my appartement, got a new hairstyle, and I am really dedicated to care for my kid, since basically, I am the only (responsible) adult in the room left for him. So it is build on structure and discipline ... a lot of it. But it works, ... and it shows. Not only with my (ex-) wife, but with all around too. The level of positive feedback is almost embarrasing :D tbh... But yeah, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, I was highly underestimated, especially, by my (ex-) wife. And now, I look good, feel good, and will never wear jogging pants again. Honestly, I always thought that dressing takes time (i.e., she took a long time, so I assumed it takes time). If one would have told me 10y ago that chinos are more comfy and dressing sharp as a man takes only 5 min if you know what you are doing ... I would never have bought jogging pants and basic shirts ever in the first place ! :D
Wardrobe finally renewed!
Finally, I have the finer pieces together too! From classic wollen trousers to Itialian design - I finally feel like an adult... Honestly, if I knew how easy it is to dress acceptable, I would have done that 10 years ago! If you are interested in some pieces let me know - I will link the products! Question: Do you link the pieces always, or is it on demand? Let me know what you think and have a nice day guys!

The first step is done: Ansons 3h Shopping Spree!
Dear all, I present a few of the novel outfits I bought for my very empty closet after I lost over 26 kg. I spend time for guided shopping at Ansons Frankfurt am Main (Germany). It is free and if you get a chance to see Yso, do it! - she is awsome. The staff spend 3 hours (!) to equip me with clothing. For several pieces I still wait for fitting shoes, especially, for the finer pieces (updates incoming). I also bought some pieces at Breuninger Germany. Here are some shots. Let me know if you interested in the cloth pieces, I can label and link them online, so you guys have access to them too! Happy for feedback. The goal was to (business) causal myself properly to wear appropriate (home) office clothing and be stylish in my private time. Both is working fine. In conclusion, being a single dad really is daunting, but if the fact that my partner left is good for one thing it is the gathered insight that a well-fitted chino in combination with a performance dress shirt (these things are awsome!) is damn way more comfortable than a pair of jogging pants... Guys, seriously ... if I would have known earlier, I would not have wasted years in jogging pants...😁

Let Your Results Do the Talking
Be the man who doesn't need to say he's the man. Be the man whose work, presence, and results speak for themselves. Undeniably. You can be the main character. You can be the one people point to when they talk about standards. You can be the one they know not to bet against. But only after you prove it with your results. ...and not a second before. Otherwise you're just another clown in a world full of loud clowns. In a world full of people making clowns out of themselves by pretending to be more than they are... Keep your head down... Do the work... ...and build yourself into the real deal. When you become that... You don't have to say a thing because everyone already knows. ~ Andy Frisella

Show not tell! Let the work do the talking. I realised that after a certain level of expertise or knowledge, you do not need to state your "medals", they know by the way you act, talk and interact with problems or thought models. It shows cold capability without any action required - pure skill.
