Market Research Help — Anxiety & Stress
Hey, all! In conducting preliminary research (yup, for our homework), I discovered that anxiety and stress have different meanings, implications, and emotional reactions from person to person. This is eye-opening to me AND important! Anyone here familiar with stress or anxiety, who would be willing to spend 10-15 minutes sharing your thoughts/perspectives? I'm happy to do the same for your topic to the extent I'm an avatar match. If interested, please drop me a chat. Thank you!

One thought: In my experience anxious people quite often don’t identify as nor think they are anxious and only realise after interacting with someone.

What’s the objective of your homework?
Framework Templates
I know we have the templates in Growthworks, but I've always liked the clean look and feel of @Aaron Fletcher 's templates the best. Does anyone have a template I could use in Canva maybe? Or know what tool Aaron uses to create his frameworks. Like the swimlanes ones and metric matrix ones.

@Matthew King Google Slides - it’s all in the vector shapes, colour and font combinations. It’s also where things like Facebook ads can be created in exactly the same way.
Certified Consultants Assemble! Effectively Positioning and Explaining Growthworks
🔍 Seeking Insights: Effectively Positioning Our Certification and Explaining Growthworks Hope you're all doing great! I was thinking about two important things: How we talk about being certified and how we explain Growthworks to people who don't know what it is. Being a Certified Marketing Consultant means we're really good at what we do, but it's important we tell clients about it in a way they understand. And although we all know what Growthworks is, our clients usually don't, so we need to explain it well. Would love to hear your thoughts about: 🗣️ How We Talk About Being Certified: How to tell clients about the good things that come with our certification? 🌟 What Makes Us Different: What special things can we do that others without our certification can't? 💡 Explaining Growthworks Simply: How do you make it easy for clients to understand what Growthworks is and why it's good for them? @Aaron Fletcher - your thoughts on how we can make these things clearer would be really helpful. And to all other consultants, your stories and tips would be great to hear. 📣 Stories & Feedback: Just became certified? Share your stories and let's inspire each other!
UPDATE: Please Post Your Certification Exam Scores Here!

🎉 Exciting news just in: I passed the test! But here's the super-true fun fact... I actually took the test on a London bus, on my way home from a wonderful evening at the cinema in Leicester Square, as storm Jocelyn whips up a frenzy - that's all after spending many serious enjoyable hours of the past few years head-stretching, learning and applying this method. Love it when it all comes together... 🚌🌧️🎬 Feeling grateful and somewhat adventurous! 🤓✨

Currencies: To be or not to be?
My thought process around this topic runs a bit wild. I just wanted to check with others in the group. My main topic is project management. This is a wide subject matter and covers a lot of disciplines and functions, e.g., broad-based: Risk, Scope, Time, cost, Communication, Resources, Stakeholders, etc. That can then be broken down further into specifics, such as Leadership. So, when selecting your core currency, one must select a specialty that one wants to focus on, right? So let's say I want to focus on Leadership, My core currencies, for the increase and decrease of the currencies, can run quite wide. This is where the Brain DUMP comes in. So my thought process is to break this down into increase and decrease items, and then select the top ones as per research, and then pick the biggest pain points that you want to have as your currencies, 5 of each. The final step is to focus on the most significant pain points within these factors, turning them into our core currencies for "professional development". This could form part of the product name. Does this approach resonate with you? I’m eager to hear your thoughts, especially from those in the coaching sphere, as your insights could help me refine my thinking here. Am I on the right track here? I see there are a lot of people that are into coaching and need some assistance here, please.

Currencies are determined by what results are of the highest value to your audience, in that they are the highest value outcome you deliver for your audience rather than what you want to focus on. Your primary currency (resultant outcome) is the end result your 9 step roadmap delivers, with each step having its own currency (resultant outcome) giving you 9 secondary currencies under the primary.
