10K and ~ 70k Followers with Faceless Content in 90 Days
Hey Architects! A while back I shared how I hit 20K followers in 6 days with faceless TikTok videos. Well, things have escalated a bit and I wanted to share for insights and hopefully some inspiration and to learn what's working for everyone here! Here's where I stand now after just shy of 90 days: - 68.5K followers - 1.2M likes - 33M views - $10.1K earned through the Creator Rewards Program - 6 videos with over 1M views (out of 90 total) - Sold a $17 animation guide that’s already brought in $520 So things are going pretty well with this overall. It’s been a fun ride and I have tried to lean into having fun with it as Stephen always tries to emphasize. So what’s working? - Quality Wins. Always. My best videos are killer animations on fun topics. I spend way too much time editing to make them visually engaging—quicker cuts, smooth movements, and zero fluff. It’s paid off. (I’ve included my favorite video I’ve made so far 2.2 million on this one) - Ask and You Shall Receive. I’ve started engaging with my audience more—asking them what they like, or if they complain, asking how to make it better. People love telling you what to do or where they think you’re not doing well (and honestly, it’s pretty helpful). - Automation, but Not Too Much. Sure, I’ve automated some stuff—prompt creation, image generation—but the final edit I do myself. Because the “human touch” matters with ensuring the cuts are at gust the right time and the automation are on point. Outsourcing is on my radar, but for me quality > speed. What’s not working? 1. Subscriptions Are a Bust (So Far). I tried launching a subscription. Zero bites. Moving on. 2. Dropshipping and Collabs? Not Yet. These ideas are still on the table, but I haven’t gotten to them yet. Right now, I’m focused on the videos and refining what works. 3. Dips Are Inevitable. There were weeks where my views were a lot lower, and I thought I’d lost my touch. But then I’d have an idea that I thought was ‘ok’ and create the video and it would do well, it’s all just part of the game.

@Razvan Sava A focus on trying to add some controversy but also relatability. State stereotypes people either love or hate so I get comments on that. Puerto Rico as a state people have opinions on (so much so I have people comment on every video about it). Picking fun topics that people have a passion for. High quality. Many of the AI videos out there are not as crisp and don't have the same movements.
Zero to 20k (and $1k) in 6 Days with Faceless Videos
Hey all! I wanted to share a recent win around content creation. This month I decided to commit to creating a faceless tiktok channel that gets monetized. No idea where it would go but needed to make a full commitment. This was brought on with me implementing Stephen’s amazing Kontent Story Magic tool. So on 10/6 I started a TikTok channel around AI videos (suuper simple) and posted my first video on 10/7. 3 days later I crossed 10k followers! 3 days after that I crossed 20k followers! I’m now sitting at 25k followers 9 days after launching. With this I was approved for the Creator Reward program on 10/10 (started earning on 10/11 and have earned 1k in 6 days) I’ve also had a ton of opportunities thrown my way. I have had numerous people ask me: -  to share how to create videos like I’ve made and create a tiktok channel like it. - to purchase images (planning on this becoming a dropshipping store too where they can buy it on posters, shirts, etc.) - To collaborate on their successful channels and in other ways (even was offered 70% revenue on running a channel for someone, another monetization idea. DFY) - To create custom images and videos I also haven’t gotten to creating a subscription on the platform where people will pay me monthly. All that is exciting but how do I keep the momentum? Easy, quality and taking the time to do things right. Stephen talks about this often. Also something he’s told me a bit recently, just have fun with it! That’s exactly what I’m doing even though my more recent videos aren’t as big of a hit as the first few. I know it will come. Keep spending way more time on making the video look good (probably what feels like too much). Engaging, movement throughout, quicker cuts, etc. Doing this I believe has set me apart as I look at competitors in this space. To achieve the quality I was looking for I have been creating all of this manually (for now). As I dial in prompts and flow, I’ll be utilizing KSM v2 to automate the video creation much more. I don’t foresee this being fully automated as to achieve quality, I think you need the human touch.

@Trung Nguyen Ngoc Parts do. I'm not confident you can get the quality I'm getting and the right cuts and editing with it all automated.

@James A I still only have part of this automated as it lets me create something more unique. Overall this still 1-2 hours a video but less and less as I get honed in on prompts and animation. With do many channels out there like this the quality and precision of mine I think sets me apart

I show you how to use Google Docs to store yours prompts and import them into Make.com and related ChatGPT modules. I cover... ✅ How to build your Google Doc of prompts ✅ How to convert the document into variables ✅ How to re-use those prompts in Make.com Here are the regular expressions from the video. Thrive Cart vs competitors for higher ticket programs
@Stephen G. Pope you recommended Thrive Cart for marketing programs higher in price than $999. It's a one time fee. Did you also consider Go High Level (monthly fee)? I just want to know if they are comparable/competitive. I wonder why Skool limits program pricing to 999$ and do you think that will change in the near future?

You can find some other tools that are easy to configure but the big kicker is usually cost since it's a subscription as @Stephen G. Pope said. Another downside for many compared to thrive cart is the amount of available integrations. Thinking of email, membership platforms or even payment gateways. Something like SamCart is really great for conversions but you lose some in cost and integrations, plus a SamCart is single page focused.
