Anyone have experience doing deals in Florida? We got some land sent to us outside of Jacksonville and the land price is reasonable (and not in flood zone) and plenty of comps for manufactured $230k+, just curious if anyone has any experience in FL (are the prices in the underwriting template going to be close???) Are you all normally getting the land under contract before requesting quotes from GCs or other contractors?

Updates on our end- We're a week out from starting our road for our Louisburg subdivision- got the NC DOT Approval today to get started! Went under contract on 4 acres last week that will be two more land home packages as long as the soil perks! Soil study should be back within the next 2 weeks Went under contract today on a 5 acre lot in Oxford NC but even though it's a great size lot, it'll only be for 1 build As always, join us at 10am on Thursday for our weekly Q&A!
