This programme is incredibly supportive. The technique guides are thorough, the tracking is just right and the leaderboards are gently motivating. The actual exercises are challenging and incredibly effective and the combination of main lifts and circuits gives a great strength and conditioning mix with cardio built in. I really enjoy the hybrid programme with its blend of calisthenics basics and kettlebell strength exercises - I’ve noticed the difference in my body immediately. Fantastic.
