hello everyone, what is your story of signing your first carrier. Mine was working as a driver for a small fleet and then pitching the dispatching idea to the owner.
I wish I focused more on building relationships with brokers. This can be done by excellent service, providing updates, and making their life easier. This can result in them reaching out to YOU first when they have loads available.
Im just getting started with this course and im seeing that most people see success through paid media but has anyone scaled from cold calling to eventually paid ads? any tips?
I think cold calling and leveraging any connections is the best way to start. Then once you are ready to scale paid ads can be good. Also providing excellent service can lead to word of mouth.
