Happy You're Here!
Howdy, I'm happy you found us! I’m Ben. I built this free group so we can help one another learn, grow, help others and gain more freedom! You’ll find videos, tutorials, and help from pro vendors. To start... tell me:• What food do you sell (dirty soda, lemonade, funnel cakes, hot dogs, etc.)?• What’s one thing you want help with first? Maybe.... post a pic or a video of your setup... I'd love to see it. 🌭 itsBEN

@Eric McCrory I handed out enough candy for the both of us. There are around 240 tiny homes in our community. I think we had around 600 kids in 2 hours.
Have you noticed Shrinkflation?
I tried to buy a package of smoked bacon at the local grocery store yesterday as I wanted to make Jason's bacon jam receipt. All the packages are now 12 ounces instead of 16 ounces here in eastern TN.

@Shelia Belcher yes there is one in Morristown. Next city over. I like their store and this give me a good excuse to go there.
I picked up my cart today
I got to pick up my cart this afternoon and it fit perfectly into my small yard. Now It’s time to go tarp shopping. I will start removing the paper tomorrow.

@Shelia Belcher It's a Freezer/Refrigerator. I'm going to add a grill to the left side as you face the pans.

@Bryan Pearce nice, thanks!
First Major Gig setting up outside of a Dive Bar.
I posted a few days ago asking for advice selling to a large crowd by my self, and sorry for not replying I was having technical issues. I took the suggestion of simplifying my menu down to a few items, and it was so much easier for me. I grossed over $1,000 in sales/tips using exactly 175 hot dogs. The Bar I'm doing is cash only and sells zero food. It was very manageable up until the bar closed and then their is a hord of rowdy hungry people huddled around my cart lol. What I learned from this experience. For one making my menu more simple made this even possible. Bring extra tables!!! To wall yourself off from the crowd and keep that cash box hidden and close. Give the Door guy free dogs, hes my security. I made my dogs $5 each with free toppings, this made handling cash way faster. And lastly free samples sell more dogs!

Hello, I'm Mark and I recently moved into a tiny home 8'x20'. I decided to purchased a Big Dog Cart and jump right in.
