I posted a few days ago asking for advice selling to a large crowd by my self, and sorry for not replying I was having technical issues. I took the suggestion of simplifying my menu down to a few items, and it was so much easier for me. I grossed over $1,000 in sales/tips using exactly 175 hot dogs. The Bar I'm doing is cash only and sells zero food. It was very manageable up until the bar closed and then their is a hord of rowdy hungry people huddled around my cart lol. What I learned from this experience. For one making my menu more simple made this even possible. Bring extra tables!!! To wall yourself off from the crowd and keep that cash box hidden and close. Give the Door guy free dogs, hes my security. I made my dogs $5 each with free toppings, this made handling cash way faster. And lastly free samples sell more dogs!

Hello everyone, Im going to be slinging dogs at my local pub Friday night. I'm expecting to sell at least 200 hot dogs. This is my first busy night by my self and would love to hear some professional wisdom. I've simplified my menu down to 8 toppings.
