You don’t notice your habits… until you watch yourself back. On camera, EVERYTHING shows up. Filler words, Tension. You think you’re being clear (or maybe you don’t think that..but) you hit play. And it’s like…“Wait… I do that?” Anyone else would stop and probably give up. But once you see it… YOU can fix it. Shape it. And then you start thinking… “If this is what I can see on camera… imagine the things I don’t see about myself.” That’s a whole other topic.
