7 contributions to Admin Skool
Foundations: 🧨 Action Step 1
Find one Skool community you're currently a member of (or one you can join for free). Observe it for 15 minutes and ask yourself: - Does it feel alive or quiet? - Are new members being welcomed? - Is anyone sparking conversations? Write down one thing you notice. That awareness is where admin skill begins.

I've joined many communities and being a researcher, that's the first thing I always check out. I've found the communities that try to do it all solo, might start out very active, but then tend to go quiet over time. The communities with one or more admin (splitting up the responsibilities) tend to then attract even more engaged members.

@Mrs. 'K' So true, the solo-preneur trap is real. A strong admin team doesn’t just support the owner, it amplifies the community’s energy and consistency. Appreciate you sharing this.
Welcome Christina Joy!
Super excited to welcome @Christina Joy to Admin Skool! Upon @Theresa Elliott's recommendation, Christina and I connected. She has two awesome communities Chaos to Clarity Lab and Bus Life which is still being built out. Christina is already in high demand in a lot of other amazing communities, so be warned say hi while you can! I'll forgo the normal questions of what brought you here and instead just ask: In just a few months when your communities are bursting at the seams, how will that feel?
Welcome Christina Joy!

Welcome @Christina Joy Love that attitude! Here’s to your community growing with the right vibe and culture you're cultivating!
Foundations - 🧨 Action Step 6
Write down your honest answer to these three questions: 1. What stage are you currently at? (Stage 1: Learning the role, Stage 2: Applying the skills somewhere, Stage 3: Building a track record, Stage 4: Position yourself, Stage 5: Getting Paid!) 2. What's the one thing standing between you and the next stage? 3. What would it mean for you to land your first paid admin role?

@Mrs. 'K' Love your attitude! That curiosity and drive to connect theory with practice will serve you well. Whether you become an official admin or keep shining as a super member, your commitment to growth and community impact really stands out. Looking forward to seeing how it all evolves for you!!

@Hector Febres Exactly! Spotting what’s good and building on it is what turns good into great. Chick-fil-A proves it with their “thank you” or “my pleasure” mindset, where employees are well trained to respond in a way that makes every guest feel valued.
Affiliate rewards are on!
They say if you want to go fast go alone but if you want to far, go together! So right off the bat I've turned on the affiliate rewards. For every member you refer that upgrades to premium or VIP you will get a 40% recurring commission! I'm so excited to build this community WITH you! Let's GO!

👋 Welcome to Admin Skool 👨🏽‍💻👩🏼‍💻
If you’re here, you either see the opportunity, were asked to be an admin, or are looking for an admin for your Skool community. Like me you may have noticed Skool is growing fast and there is not a community for people to learn how to Admin proficiently. Most Skool communities struggle with the same problems: • New members join… then disappear • Posts get views but no real engagement • The owner is overwhelmed • Energy drops after the launch hype • Growth stalls It’s not because the idea is bad. It’s because there’s no operator driving momentum. That’s what a strong admin does. Skool encourages people to make communities that are like a party but many communities feel more like a rave around a dumpster fire. A good party has a flow, nurtures organic engagement, and fosters connection. A good Admin is like a good party planner, when their work is done right, people notice. It's not magic, it's YOU implementing systems and structure that make people feel at HOME. This community exists to train you to become a confident, capable Skool admin. Not a random moderator. Not someone guessing. A skilled operator who can: • Align with an owner’s vision • Increase engagement • Improve onboarding • Support growth • Position yourself for paid roles Whether you’re brand new or already helping inside a community, you’re in the right place. How This Community Works 🔹 Standard: Build the foundations 🔹 Premium: Get live coaching and feedback 🔹 Pro: Personalized mentorship and fast-track support If you’re serious about becoming valuable inside Skool, participate. Don’t lurk. First Action Step Comment below: 1. Are you brand new or already an admin? 2. What interests you most — skills, income, or community building? 3. What’s one goal you want to accomplish here? Let’s get to work.

Hey everyone 👋 I’m excited to be here in Admin Skool! I’ve helped run a few online communities before, but I’m always looking to refine my systems and become a more strategic, high-impact admin. @Hector Febres and I are Co-Mayors of Skool IRL:Orlando and I'm so excited that he has launched this community to fill a real need here on Skool. Completely agree with him, there are so many great communities on Skool, but members need feel at HOME to stay part of and feel like engaging in a community. Otherwise they'll only stop by for a quick visit and be on their way to the next community. What interests me most is learning how to build both engagement and longevity in a community, I want members to feel connected, not just active. My main goal here is to master the frameworks that turn a community from “busy” to thriving. Really looking forward to learning from this group and contributing where I can! 🚀
