We're thinking about creating something new and want your input before we build anything. Beyond the weekly lessons, would a structured program interest you? Something with a clear focus and simple daily practice you could follow at home? Two quick questions: - What's the one physical problem that affects your daily life that you wish Tai Chi could help with? - Would you prefer a short daily routine to follow, or a library of lessons to explore at your own pace? A structured daily practice would benefit me too but my main problem is motivation- I have the time to do more at home but I keep finding other things to do which is why a class probably works for me better as I never like to let other people down - I just let myself down instead 🤣🤣
