New here! Ready to learn as much as I can!
Sharing a little bit above myself I started following Russell Brunson after I finally got click finals to get a sales funnel and add some upsells to my offer. Launched my training recently using Clickfunnels and generated 12k on that launch (24K on sales total, counting payment plans). So now I'm starting the Selling Online Challenge this coming Tuesday, February 17. I'm here to learn as much as I can, and if someone has not made a five figure launch, then I’m also happy to answer any questions to help the community. My goal is to be free of debt and be financially free. I I'm usually always listening to an audiobook during work on passive tasks and listen to around two books per week so if anyone has recommendations on good books, I would like to know.

@Silas Brighter Oh, it's because on my end, it appears that you posted this (screenshot). Which is almost exactly my situation. I doubt we have that many things in common. It is very unlikely. Are you really in the Animation industry teaching animation and drawing? Or maybe this is a glitch on Skool

@Silas Brighter OH! got it! So you were restating. Yes, I misunderstood, I hope I didn't cause any inconvenience. What about you Silas? What business are you in? And are you using sales funnels?
Im in a bad cycle, ISO advise!
The pattern I see im in is that im repeatedly doing this: Create new offer Design brand around it Build assets Start content Don’t fully monetize Start next thing It’s a builder dopamine cycle. Not good operator discipline. I love creating systems more than running them. But revenue comes from operating and selling, not designing. Im losing steam and making 0$ and cant swim like this. Looking for some guidance!

@Jamon Mysliwiec oooooh - So the way I see it, the dilema is deciding which one is more achievable short term for yourself: - OPTION A: Getting a partner who operates things (which requires capital you don't have yet) - OPTION B: Finding a way to get yourself to just stay focused on what you need to do (which will be hard, because you don't enjoy or are not attracted by operations) I was in your place for the early years of my 6-figure business (working to make it a 7-figure business) was to handle accounting, and project management → I liked to instead do the vision, strategy, and creative decisions, but then the whole focused execution was something that turned me off. I prefer to start things, rather than finishing them. But only after growing the business I was able to hire others to do the stuff I don't like doing (but that needs to be done)

@Jamon Mysliwiec I ended up doing project management, accounting, and progress reporting (to myself). For my business teaching animation and drawing, in an online school. That is, I ended up doing what I was hoping not to do. OH! And by the way, because I hated doing it, I would procrastinate a ton. So I had to give up video games (because 1 hr of play on a break, would translate to 10 hrs lost). Also, to hold myself accountable, I would have a timer that sounded every 10 minutes, just to ask myself: "Am I doing what I am supposed to be doing? If not - stop right now, and DO IT NOW" My friend and mentor Yu-kai Chou who became a self-made millionare before the age of 30, and won #1 gamification guru in the world for 4 years in a row, he did something similar. But his timer would be every 15 mins. Just to force himself to be focused.
Hello friends let's connect
This training on traffic really clicked for me especially how it applies to beginner-friendly models. Quick question for everyone: are you focusing on services, info products, or physical products? I’m testing a few different online business models right now — curious what others are implementing.??

@Ww Wolf I have been where you are so I try to help others because in a weird sense it feels like, as if I was helping myself when I was younger. And when I had your age, I was in constant depression, feeling I was not worth much. Just know that if I am able to help in any way, I am not doing it unconditionally. I like the movement Pay-It-Forward. If later in the future you have a chance to help someone else, then my condition is that you commit to do it.

@Ww Wolf i prefer just Mark. Like a friend. I'm also assuming you're probably from around India or Asia because my students from there like to call me sir. I prefer you refer to me informally, just Mark. Like you would do to a friend, because that way there should be more trust whenever you see me making a mistake and you call me on it. When there's too much respect sometimes people don't tell me my mistakes and I cannot improve without knowing. Even though being called on a mistake hurts the ego, it is a good type of pain because it helps me get better. By the way since we can not DM, how about we start a new thread on this comunity?

mission? (yes. exactly that question 😏) Everyone online is obsessed with funnels. Pages. Ads. Automations. AI prompts. “Which tool should I use?” But here’s the part nobody wants to admit: 👉 Funnels don’t fail. Small missions do. If your mission is weak, your funnel will feel pushy. If your mission is unclear, your funnel will feel confusing. Funnels don’t create belief. Funnels amplify belief. That’s why some funnels feel like spam, …and others feel like a clear invitation you want to step into. A real funnel hacker doesn’t start with software. He starts with questions like: - What am I actually building? - Who is this not for? - What problem am I willing to commit years of my life to solving? Because once the mission clicks, the funnel becomes obvious. Not louder. Not trickier. Just sharper. Your funnel is a blade. Your mission decides whether it cuts…or just waves around awkwardly. Build a mission worth building a funnel for. Then sharpen everything else.
