Growth Operating System Update
I added a simple Growth Operating System classroom that outlines how the three sessions are structured and the focus of each one. Note for participants: To respect weekend schedules and allow space for the rest of the day, the Growth Operating System sessions will run from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. If you are considering joining, start there - in the Classroom.

DAY 4
In 2026, my leadership focus is intentional personal development. I will seek feedback, reflect on my leadership, and keep learning so I grow as much as I expect my team to grow. To improve communication with my granddaughter, family, and colleagues, I will take a conversational Spanish course.
