What does your growth system for 2026 look like? It’s just learning from what happens, thinking a bit before acting, keeping things manageable, and adjusting as I go.

In 2026, my leadership focus is intentional personal development. I will seek feedback, reflect on my leadership, and keep learning so I grow as much as I expect my team to grow. To improve communication with my granddaughter, family, and colleagues, I will take a conversational Spanish course.

The thing that quietly drained me the most in 2025...pouring from my cup and not from the overflow with my family. I have been giving so much of my time, support, (worry🫣) to my family members health concerns/issues that I am struggling with frustration and misplaced anger. How do I help, but not lose myself or even neglect myself when it's those I love?
