Hi! My name is Marja-Liisa and I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I found embodiment work and somatic practices nearly 10 years ago and have been on a trauma resolving and transforming journey ever since. I first learned about female nervous system from Kimberly Ann Johnson and then found others including Veronica. Very exited to be here and to learn more. Last two years have been filled with pain, grief and deep healing for me but I am slowly feeling better and learning to move at the speed of my body and nervous system 💕
