This week I had the privilege of facilitating two Boots to Business entrepreneurial workshops for transitioning service members. Monday & Tuesday: Fort Benning (Columbus, GA) – 19 transitioning Soldiers Wednesday & Thursday: Moody Air Force Base (Valdosta, GA) – 11 transitioning military members Every time I teach these workshops, I'm reminded that entrepreneurship is about much more than starting a business. It's about building confidence, creating a vision for the future, and finding a community of people who encourage one another. What continues to amaze me is how quickly these men and women—many of whom begin the workshop as complete strangers—form genuine connections. Over the course of two days, they openly share ideas, celebrate each other's dreams, offer advice, and encourage one another as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives. It's an honor to play a small role in helping our nation's veterans turn their experience, leadership, and resilience into successful entrepreneurial journeys. Cheers! - Dr. Joe
