Hi everyone, I am Marisa. It's been a dream of mine to open a cafe of my own where people come together, enjoy each others company and of course amazing coffee. I am based in Ireland and the craziest thing happened, one of those moments where everything just falls into place, we actually found a location that is very very doable. The idea is to open next year when the next high season starts (March). At the moment I am making lists of what is needed, crunching numbers and seeing if it really is finally the moment!
