Hello everybody! Do I need an llc to start? Can I do this without a LLC just to start? Thanks!

I’m interested in starting my own recruitment agency that focuses on design, and software development but with a focus on North American companies, who have interest in outsourcing to South America, Caribbean, and Central America. I am from the Caribbean and I think that will be a better business model that blends my location with the outside. Does anyone have experience with an outsourcing recruiting agency? The type of model is the same as any recruiting agency or company, but the only difference is that it’s focused on outsourcing. Thanks!
