⛰️👣🌞 I hold a deep and eternal gratitude for the sacred medicine that Victor and Pattie so lovingly offer each week. It feels like a quiet miracle to be held within this circle—to be seen, supported, and gently woven into the embrace of a soul family I have long been searching for. Since stepping onto this path, I have begun tending to the feminine thread within my ancestral lineage—softly inviting her forward, allowing her the long-denied space to breathe, to speak, to simply be. There is something profoundly humbling in this unfolding. As a therapist, I have often lived behind the steady mask of holding others, at times neglecting the tender places within myself. I have known what it is to carry my own wounds in silence, setting them aside in service of others. But now, in this sacred permission to turn inward, I find both fear and freedom intertwined. It is vulnerable. It is unfamiliar. And yet, it feels deeply right—like water to parched earth, like a remembering my soul has been quietly calling me toward all along. 🌿💚 wishing everyone blessings on their journey back home 🌿💚

Hello. I am behind on posting but I am fully committed to this group and this process. I missed last Saturdays session due to the death of my best friends 32 year old son. He was shot in a mass shooting trying to help others escape the shooter and it has been a media circus. My world has been shattered and tossed upside down as I try to navigate through life and support Christina in the best way possible. The heartbreak surrounding us is unmeasurable. In my heart, I know I am in this group at this exact moment for a reason. The breath work has been extremely helpful for me. I needed this type of calm guidance (driven by the music) blended with the powerful meditation affirmations to shift something within. I thank you @Victor Oddo and @Pattie Papa 🙏 The frequency I feel while participating with you is what I have been searching for. I appreciate you. I will be on zoom this Saturday following the funeral Friday. I look forward to the healing.
