Week #1: 4.85 pounds in one week!!! (2.2 kg) I feel already lighter, less bloated, more agile and energized. I completely transformed my diet. What a change! Thank you Sue-Anne. Now the challenge continues... I am certain that next weeks will be more difficult and weight loss will slow down. We can do this girls! Let's not give up! 💪

I am on track with my glasses of water per day, my morning fruit and my portion of veggies. I am much more in control of my cravings. Yesterday I discovered a full blown new aisle at the supermarket. (at least new for me LOL) I spent some time checking on new and healthier products. This afternoon I will visit a gym and probably sign up. CONS: yesterday night, when I set up the table to have dinner earlier, around 6pm... my teenage boys looked at it and said "What is this?" LOL It will take some time for them to get used to the new schedule. I am having fun! Thank you Sue Anne and the women in the community for being there. Seen your own efforts make me want to keep going. - CENTERED - DETERMINED - TENACIOUS - UNMOVABLE (my feeelings for this week)

Hello ! I am Mariel from Montreal. Consistently and steadily gaining weight since pandemic and the pre-menopause arrival. I am trying to be comfortable with myself again.
