This client had a condition called Acne Keloidalis Nuchae, which caused aggressive bumps and thick scarring around the neck area. He had surgery to remove them, and now we’re in step one of the recovery and transformation process. 🫶🏼 Today, I’m doing needling to begin softening and flattening the area. Before I can do any SMP, I need to make sure the skin is stable — no active keloids, no raised tissue, and smooth enough to take pigment safely.💯 The skin is still very thick in some parts and sunken in others, so this is going to be a multi-step journey.
