We closed on Maverick on Gilmer, the 200 unit property in Longview, Texas. The part worth understanding is the debt. We did not go to a bank for a new loan. We assumed the loan the seller already had in place. That mattered for two reasons. It lowered the cash needed to close, and it locked in terms a bank would not write today. Those terms already existed on the asset, so we took them. The property is ours now, and we are finishing out the capital raise. There are a few spots left. The structure is simple. $50,000 minimum.
