I had a great call tonight. During this call, Sir @Matt Rice mentioned a quote from Michael Jordan. This quote: “I played every game as if it was the only game someone was watching me play. I remember hearing that some people could only afford one ticket in their lifetime, so I wanted to make sure that every time I played, I gave them my very best.” It made me think about a lot of things. This quote isn’t just about basketball, it’s a blueprint for life. Think about that: one chance to leave a lasting impression. Yet, how many of us hold back, waiting for "the right time"? We save our best ideas for “when the audience is bigger,” or “when my course is perfect.” In every group, every post, and every DM… someone is seeing you for the first time. Jordan played every game like it was THE game, knowing someone in the crowd might only see him play once. Not that the game has to be the perfect game. But he showed up fully-commited. That’s the mindset you want for your life, on Skool, or for your Skool community. Post the “imperfect” idea, but give it your best shot Launch the MVP version of your course, but put effort into its value Reply to every question like someone’s watching (because they are) Perfection kills momentum. But half-effort kills trust. Your members can feel when you’re holding back. They don’t want perfect. They want you. Show up messy, but show up all in. Put energy into every post, every video, and every interaction like it matters. If you end up helping at least ONE person, it does matter. And it might just change everything. What’s one thing that you could go all in on today?
