We were asked to come up with multiple questions based on one question from him. His question:What can I do to make this course successful? My questions: - What do I need to make this course successful? - How much time do I need to invest? - What do I want to achieve? - How much money do I want to earn? - Where can I go to speak to many clients? - How can I speak with clients? - Where can I find employers? - How should I find employers? - What is their problem, so I can find a solution for it? - How can I promote myself? - How do I start a conversation? - What do I do when I get a “no”? - What did I do wrong? - What can I change?

Mijn mindset van vandaag
Mijn mindset van vandaag is de huidige denkwijze over jezelf, anderen en uitdagingen, vaak bepaald door of je gelooft dat je kunt groeien (growth mindset) of dat je capaciteiten vaststaan (fixed mindset). Om mijn mindset te bepalen, reflecteer ik op de reacties op fouten (leer- of faalmomenten?), mijn houding ten opzichte van nieuwe uitdagingen (aanpakken of vermijden?), en hoe ik omga met kritiek. Vragen die je je kan stellen om je mindset te ontdekken: - Als iets niet lukt, wat denk je dan?"Ik ben niet goed genoeg" (Fixed)"Wat kan ik hiervan leren?" (Growth) - Als je een uitdaging krijgt, wat doe je?Je vermijdt het uit angst om te falen (Fixed)Je ziet het als een kans om te leren en te groeien (Growth) - Hoe reageer je op feedback?Je voelt je aangevallen en wordt defensief (Fixed)Je ziet het als waardevolle informatie om beter te worden (Growth) - Mijn mindset van vandaag is dus hoe ik nu denkt over mijn eigen potentieel en de wereld, iets wat ik altijd kan bijsturen richting meer groei en positiviteit.

Dat ik geen uitdaging uit de weg wil gaan en dat ik wel kan slagen. Ik heb op vacatures gereageerd die misschien niet direct zijn wat ik al kan, maar toch ben ik ervoor gegaan en dan zien we wel waar het uitkomt
