Goggles
Having a hard time getting answer from @EMR TEK about the goggles. I've emailed, posted on here, and dm'd them.... Here's another try for anyone that can help... The goggles I got with my little firewave device were different than a friend who got her device at about the same time. I can see through mine and her's are solid black and she can't see anything through them. I was told by support that using the goggles and looking at the light activates the brain and circadian rhythms. But if the goggles are solid black how can that happen? Or maybe mine are defective and should be solid black and I'm ruining my eyes looking into the light?? Very discouraged that this has been such a struggle to get this simple questioned answered by the company.

@Thomas Walker sounds like my goggles too. So strange that the company doesn’t want to address this concern. They’re very unresponsive. Disappointing.

Got this message from emr-tek: Your vision will not be affected by redlight, as a company we need to provide you glasses. But you are free to do some research and see that there is many studies on the positives of red and NIR in the eyes!
Customer service
How can I contact customer service? I don’t see any phone number or email on their website. I’ve emailed a couple times to email addresses they’ve responded to in the past but now I’m getting nothing. And I’ve also posted my question on this platform as well to no avail. Any help getting help from this company would be very appreciated. Thank you!
New device
Hey everyone! I purchased a red and near infrared light device from emr tech, the fire wave. Are you able to give me more details like its benefits, how to use it for optimal benefits, why we need the black goggles?…

Are the black goggles supposed to block all vision? I can see through them still but with limited vision. However, I have a friend that says she can't see anything through her black goggles. We bought the same firewave device at the same time. Wondering if my goggles are defective and I'm not supposed to see anything through them...?

@Nick Dickinson thanks Nick../ that makes sense. Can you see though the goggles you got with your device? It’s weird that my friend’s are totally blacked out but I can see through mine. I was told by support that … 1. Some people use it for their circadian cycle or the brain, and so they keep their eyes open because that's how their target areas get stimulated. How does this happen if goggles are blacked out? @EMR TEK
